Off the Cuff Parenting

There are so many different ways to parent, in fact, there are thousands and thousands of books both flying off shelves and collecting dust.

You can choose to subscribe to one way of loving, supporting and teaching your child OR you can handle things "Off the Cuff".

Off the Cuff Parenting is all about learning what works best for you and your child, doing your best in the moment, and adapting as you learn and grow together. Some things will work for you, but not for your child, and vice versa.

Acceptance is everything. When you learn to accept your child and the situation for what is being presented to you (not making assumptions about the reasons why or for), that is when you will be be able to move through hardships together.

I believe that children who feel seen and accepted by their parents (for who they are not who their parents want them to be) feel the unconditional love they need to enhance their self-esteem, build confidence and become resilient in the face of adversity.

Throughout the year I will be hosting online 2 hour workshops for parents who'd like to learn more about:

  • How to help your child build self-esteem

  • How to help your child get the most out of homework time

  • How to help your child navigate friendships

  • How to help your child manage their emotions

and more.

If you'd like to know when my next workshop is be sure to sign up for my monthly newsletter and get in contact with me to be placed on the waitlist for my next session.
